BTE-Colorado Programs
Colorado employers and health plans have agreed to pay licensed MDs and DOs an additional bonus per patient for demonstrating that his/her cardiac or diabetes patients meet certain national standards for screening and control.
BTE-Colorado is currently participating in the Cardiac Care Link and the Diabetes Care Link.
